Communal building block with high-end senior apartments and houses for young families

CraftHome is a communal building block consisting of high-end sustainable urban apartments and penthouses for both senior inhabitants and young families. Hospitality, community and healthcare services are foreseen in the plinth of the building and the collective roof garden and inner courtyard garden activate communal appropriation and gatherings by the users and inhabitants.

Every apartment has a unique layout and the smart spatial composition of the two-floor apartments around a central hallway requires only a minimum of traffic area. The high-end durable approach is also implemented in the façade elements containing a refined brick composition inspired by the brick craftsmanship of the Amsterdam School.
