Renovation and new addition Fletcher Hotel Leidschendam with restaurants, event spaces and a total of 256 hotel rooms.
The existing Fletcher Hotel in Leidschendam needs an upgrade and expansion due to the new Mall of the Netherlands just across the street. Visitors of the mall and business visitors can stay and facilitated in the new upgraded hotel.
The new design wraps as a chique fabric around the existing and new building which gives the new hotel an integrated and eye-catching appearance. The new addition will be build sustainable and efficient with timber CLT modules.
